Expert Orthodontic Evaluation

We Help Our Patients Create Beautiful Smiles and Happier Lives, Whatever Their Age

About Orthodontic Evaluations

We are always excited about meeting new patients during their first visit to our office. Your complimentary initial appointment will consist of a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs. We know your time is valuable, so to expedite treatment, we may also reserve time following the exam for diagnostic records. The records include X-rays, photos, and impressions for study models and are necessary for developing the appropriate treatment plan.

While we can often answer general questions about treatment during the initial examination, we will address specific areas after careful analysis of the diagnostic records. We feel it is important to analyze each patient’s specific needs because in-depth planning leads to superior results and higher patient satisfaction.

Taking the First Step Towards a Sensational Smile

Early evaluation, intervention, and treatment are very important factors in orthodontics. These, in fact, enable a patient to lay the foundation for healthy, straight teeth that will last a lifetime.

Furthermore, achieving a beautiful smile in adulthood is still possible, thanks to specific orthodontic treatments including adult braces and invisible braces such as Invisalign.

Why Are Orthodontic Evaluations Important?

By scheduling an orthodontic evaluation, patients receive personalized help and treatment to address specific problems that affect their teeth, jaw and bite. While some patients believe they know what needs to be corrected, an evaluation will often uncover issues that may or may not have been what was originally believed to be the problem. Our professional staff is here to ensure your diagnosis is 100% accurate.

How Does an Orthodontic Evaluation Work?

At Murray Orthodontics we are pleased to inform our patients that our initial orthodontic evaluation appointment is complimentary. During this first visit, our team will thoroughly examine your teeth and discuss any findings and potential treatment options. We know that your time is valuable, so to expedite treatment we may also reserve time following the exam for diagnostic records. Such records include X-rays, photos, and impressions for study models and are necessary for developing the appropriate treatment plan.

Orthodontic evaluations offer you the possibility to ask questions while also receiving tips and advice. Many of our patients find it helpful to write down a list of questions or points for discussion and bring that list to our practice on the day of their appointment.

Please, see our list of FAQs below and feel free to ask any questions that you may have, and we will do our very best to answer them while providing any clarification.
